Notre Dame Health Care has long been a part of LeadingAge Massachusetts, an association dedicated to supporting the work of not-for-profit aging service providers. Earlier this week our Senior Leadership team joined LeadingAge MA for their 72nd Annual Meeting and Awards Celebration. It was announced that LeadingAge Massachusetts would merge with other LeadingAge associations in nearby states to create LeadingAge New England North which will now include Maine, New Hampshire, and Vermont. This will bring a stronger voice for advocacy around aging services in our region. Exciting times!

Last week, our Health Center’s Handbell Choir brought smiles and beautiful melodies to residents and family members at Notre Dame du Lac Assisted Living! After weeks of practice and dedication, our talented residents proudly shared their hard work, filling the room with music, joy, and a wonderful sense of community.

Residents and staff at Notre Dame du Lac Assisted Living came together to welcome autumn in style at our Fall Fest, hosted by the Life Enrichment Team. From donuts, candy, apple pie w**e, hot apple c***r, and pumpkin coffee to Cindy's famous apple crisp topped with ice cream. Tougas Farm of Northborough generously donated a beautiful selection of freshly picked apples for all to enjoy. Everyone enjoyed the beautiful afternoon listening to Greg Peters perform some of our favorite tunes.

Tara recently earned her Resident Assessment Coordinator (RAC-CT) credential which adds to her already impressive skill sets. 🙌

This certification is the industry standard in long-term care and strengthens knowledge of clinical assessment, patient care planning, proper coding, and regulatory compliance.
