This afternoon, our Lions were part of the Central Massachusetts Lions that came together in a powerful show of service, packaging 13,000 nutritious meals for families across Worcester County to help during Lions International Global Week of Service to Combat Food Insecurity.

With over140 volunteers incuding Lions, our high school Leos, and the community together with incredible partners like the Boys & Girls Club of Worcester and End Hunger New England, this district-wide effort is making a real impact.
We are proud to serve our community! 🦁

District 103E in France has received a Matching Grant of US$100,000 to provide equipment for a new cutting-edge cancer treatment procedure in a local pediatric hospital. This treatment is substantially less invasive than traditional methods such as radiation and chemotherapy, and the hospital is hoping to treat children with cancer more effectively. I have enjoyed visiting middle school students in Worcester to discuss and see their work on their Peace Posters. Today I visited the afterschool art program at Our Lady of the Angels School and earlier this week i visited Venerini Academy and talked to their 6th graders about the LionsClubs International Peace Poster Contest, Lions, and our many Youth Programs. There were so many wonderful questions. We cant wait to see all the posters!
