Webster Square Neighborhood Watch

Webster Square Neighborhood Watch We meet on the first Thursday of each month at 7:00 PM in the community room of Our Lady of Angels Parish at 1222 Main Street.

This is a group of residents of the Webster Square area who meet each month with an officer of the Worcester Police Department to keep up to date on current crime and quality of life issues in the neighborhood. City Councilor Gary Rosen and State Representative Kate Campanale are regular visitors. If you want to know what's happening in the area or want to give input on issues you think are import

ant for the city to be paying attention to, please consider joining us! Owners and employees of area businesses are always welcome. We will also be using this page to communicate with the group about any schedule changes or other things that might affect our meetings. Visiting hours for Worcester Police Officer Kurt Solomon are scheduled for Tuesday, August 25 from 4 to 7 p.m. at Our Lady of the Angels Church on 1222 Main Street.
There will be no parking on Main Street from Curtis Park Way to Park Avenue.
Expect traffic delays and temporary shutdowns around the church from 2:45 to 8 p.m.

Wednesday August 26, 2026:

The funeral mass will be celebrated at the church at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, August 25, 2026.
There will be no parking on Main Street from Curtis Parkway to Park Avenue.
Expect traffic delays and temporary shutdowns from 9:45 a.m. to 1 p.m.

Funeral services have been announced for Worcester officer Kurt Solomon, who was found dead on Tuesday, as the search for his wife continues.

An arrest warrant was issued for Karen Solomon on charges of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon after her husband, Worcester police officer Kurt Solomon, was found dead with injuries from a "sharp object."
