Last night was a wonderful time all around at Morning Star Lodge with M.W. George F. Hamilton, Grand Master, in attendance.
Congratulations to Bro. Adam DeFronzo, the newest Master Mason of Morning Star Lodge! Bro. DeFronzo also currently serves as State Master Counselor of Massachusetts DeMolay. His father, Wor. Matthew DeFronzo, had the honor of serving as Master for the night and Raised his son.

A Directory of the Worcester Masonic Temple from 1910. This was prior to the construction of the Ionic Ave building and the Temple was then located on Pearl Street in downtown Worcester.

Still active: Morning Star Lodge, Eureka Chapter, Hiram Council, Worcester County Commandery and the Scottish Rite Valley of Worcester still meet at the Worcester Temple. Alethia Grotto now meets in West Boylston. Stella Chapter No. 3, Eastern Star, now meets in Auburn.

Gone: Montacute Lodge and Athelstan Lodge merged into Boylston Lodge. Quinsigamond Lodge merged into Morning Star Lodge. Worcester Royal Arch Chapter merged into Eureka Chapter. Eureka Council merged into Hiram Council.

These two rooms, located on the 2nd and 3rd floors of the Worcester Masonic Temple (constructed in 1914), were designed to serve as Examination Rooms for visiting Brethren.

M.W. Melvin M. Johnson, Grand Master of the Grand Lodge of Massachusetts, presided over the event.
