Brothers!!! We are in the final stretch of our transformational renovation. Be on the look out during the Holidays and New Year for some final pictures, especially after we get some much needed gear and furniture.

We wouldn't have been able to get this far without all of you who made pledge commitments over the last 5 years.

We were able to maintain a 91.5% collection rate, and that drove our ability to launch and run the project to transform Mass Delta without assuming more debt.

We can't wait to unveil the project at Alumni Weeking in 2020!

The renovation connecting not only the houses, but the brothers is making substantial progress. Late Brother Dick Ho**er would be happy knowing that the methodical installation and inspection of the sprinkler system is not being done hastily, even while his brothers on the House Corporation are trying to speed up the project!
