Founded in 2016, Bees & Thank You began with deep roots in the music festival scene, where our love for community, great food, and live events first came together. What started as a shared passion quickly turned into something bigger — a way to bring people together through unforgettable flavors and meaningful connections.
We started off small with an old uhaul box truck, a tent and a couple trusted grills. Our focus was simple; engaging the public with unique honey grilled cheeses recipes and educating them about the importance of all pollinators.
Our next venture was a honey subscription service that connected local beekeepers with customers throughout our community. By supporting regional agriculture, we were able to showcase the incredible variety and flavor of locally harvested honey while building lasting relationships between producers and customers.
We launched two food trucks that quickly gained a loyal following and became wildly successful. That momentum naturally evolved into a full-service event and catering company, now serving festivals, private celebrations, and corporate gatherings across New England. From intimate events to large-scale productions, our focus has always been the same: exceptional food, seamless service, and community at the heart of it all.
Along the way, we founded The Hive Food Truck Collective— a collaborative network that has grown to include more than 25 food trucks and 10 local restaurants. Together, we serve large-scale events while creating new opportunities for independent operators to thrive and grow.
Our journey didn’t stop there. We opened Retro Knights Arcade in Leominster, MA — a retro arcade and gaming lounge where guests can relive classic games while enjoying our famous honey grilled cheese. It’s a space designed for fun, nostalgia, and of course, great food.
And now, we’re proud to share our biggest milestone yet: our first brick-and-mortar location at the Worcester Public Market. We couldn’t be more excited to serve our community six days a week, bringing our signature flavors to a permanent home.
