Seven Hills Global Outreach (SHGO), an Affiliate of Seven Hills Foundation, supports the humanitarian efforts of partnering health, education, and human services organizations in the home communities of Seven Hills’ diverse staff base and developing nations.
Through technical assistance, social venture opportunities, and related collaborative efforts, SHGO serves as a national bellwether organization to stimulate the interest and involvement of social sector organizations, private sector corporations, and public sector agencies in advancing indigenous means to resolve global social challenges. SHGO has established partnerships with Ghana, Sierra Leone, Kenya, Liberia, Brazil, Guatemala, Haiti, Jamaica, and Bangladesh.
The greatest challenge for struggling communities around the world is the lack of access to basic resources. SHGO addresses the critical need for potable water, food, clothing, education, and healthcare through the support of Seven Hills Foundation staff and partnerships with organizations in developing countries to sustain local solutions to these challenges.
Seven Hills Foundation is one of the largest health and human services providers in New England, with over 4,000 staff supporting more than 29,000 individuals with disabilities and other life challenges. Seven Hills Foundation is the parent organization for 12 Affiliate organization at over 160 locations throughout Massachusetts and Rhode Island.
