Last week, RCAP Solutions was proud to participate in Veterans Inc.'s 2026 Stand Down Event in Worcester, MA!

Our team provided information about our housing services to the many veterans in attendance; including Subsidized Housing/Section 8, Veterans Affairs Supported Housing (VASH) vouchers, the Housing Consumer Education Center (HCEC), financial assistance for renters (the RAFT program), help with finding housing, home modification loans, and more.

We offer on-site professional management, 24-hour on-call maintenance, and a resident service coordinator program, allowing residents to stay independent. : Meet Daisy Kranwinkel, MRVP Representative!

Daisy Kranwinkel, a member of our Subsidized Housing & Rental Assistance team, has grown into an important role within the Massachusetts Rental Voucher Program (MRVP). Daisy joined RCAP Solutions in July 2022 as a temporary employee and quickly stood out for her work ethic and willingness to learn. With support from her supervisors, she moved into the MRVP department at RCAP Solutions, where she now helps oversee the program and supports the individuals and families it serves.

As an MRVP Representative, Daisy manages a caseload of both mobile and project-based vouchers. Her work includes determining eligibility for new applicants, reviewing certifications, and calculating rental portions for households already in the program. It's detailed work that requires consistency and care, especially when working within state guidelines.

We had a wonderful day volunteering at El Buen Samaritano Food Program Inc. Worcester, MA. Our team is proud to support their mission – pitching in with sorting donations, stocking shelves, and helping with food distributions for neighbors facing food insecurity.

A big thank-you to Mari Gonzalez, Executive Director of El Buen Samaritano, for her inspiring leadership. And congratulations on the grand opening of the second food pantry location in Lincoln Village!

We're grateful for the chance to give back and look forward to continuing our partnership as El Buen Samaritano advances its important work in the community. 🥕 🫐 🥖
