🎃 HAPPY HALLOWEEN FROM GOLD! Keep the feed clear today and use Stories to celebrate the Gold family. 👻🔱

What are you doing to celebrate?

💙💛 From GOLD to blue and gold! 🐻🔱

Join us in congratulating Heba Fouitah from our Augusta location on signing to swim at UCLA!

Heba, what a joy to celebrate this milestone with you! We’re so proud to have you in our GOLD family and can’t wait to cheer you on as a Bruin. Your next chapter comes with a whole team back home rooting for you! 💛

Let’s show Heba some GOLD love! 👏

🎃 Things scarier than Halloween: missing your heat, forgetting your goggles, breathing into the wall, and hearing Coach say, “ONE MORE.” 👻😂

Gold swimmers—what did we miss? Let us know below.

GOLD TRAINING TIP: Don’t mentally check out on an “easy” repetition. Technique habits are built on every lap—not just the fast ones. Use controlled swimming to practice body position, clean lines, great walls, and efficient movement. 🔱

🔱 Progress isn’t always dramatic. Sometimes it’s holding your technique a little longer. Making one better turn. Finishing a difficult set stronger than last time. Small improvements become big results when you stack enough of them together. 💛

Gold Invite meet story in Cherokee Tribune 10/23/26

🔱 GOLD Invite behind us. November ahead. Next stop: Augusta, November New races. New opportunities. Same mission—keep getting better. 💛

What are you or your swimmer working on before Augusta?

10/23/2026

💛 Gold Swim parents: sometimes the most powerful post-meet question isn’t “What was your time?” Try: “What are you proud of?” Competitive swimming gives athletes countless opportunities to learn how to evaluate effort, respond to setbacks, and recognize progress. 🔱

10/22/2026

🔱 The best teams celebrate more than first place. First race. First qualifying time. First breakthrough. A teammate fighting through a hard swim. A personal best. Progress looks different for every athlete—and it deserves to be celebrated. 💛

What are YOU proud of? Let us know below!
