We often hear this question from parents:
“What actually happens in a group like this?”
Here’s a look inside our High School Girls Group…
Many of the girls who join are dealing with:
Pressure to succeed academically and socially
Anxiety or racing thoughts, especially at night
Overthinking and replaying situations in their heads
Challenges with friendships, relationships, or family
In group, we create a safe, structured space where they can talk about these things openly.
Each session includes:
A collaborative, supportive environment (we build group guidelines together)
Light check-ins to ease in
Dedicated time for each girl to share what’s going on in her life
Opportunities for peer connection and support
There’s no pressure to talk—some girls start by just listening.
But over time, we consistently see:
→ Increased confidence
→ Stronger connection with peers
→ A sense of “I’m not the only one”
That shared experience is where real growth happens.
We currently have a few openings in our High School Girls Group, meeting Mondays at 7:00 PM in Woodland Hills.
