Malcolm White Elementary School PTO Welcome to the MWES PTO Page!

The Malcolm White PTO is organized for the purpose of supporting and enhancing the educational experience of the Malcolm White Elementary School’s students by: (1) providing an organization which the parents, school, and teachers can work cooperatively; and (2) provide financial support for programs funded outside of the annual school budget. The organization is led by an executive board that cons

ists of the principal, a teacher representative and the following roles: President, Vice President – Fundraising, Treasurer, Secretary, and Enrichment Officer. A few things to note about our PTO:

It operates as a charity
No member, officer or school employee is paid for their service
It is not affiliated with any political party or candidate
All are welcome to participate

📣 PTO Treasurer Needed – No Experience Necessary! 📣

Our PTO is looking for a Treasurer for the upcoming school year!

No accounting or bookkeeping experience is required — we’ll provide guidance and support to help you learn the role. Duties include helping track PTO income and expenses, preparing simple reports, and working with other board members throughout the year.

This is a great way to get involved, meet other families, and make a meaningful impact in our school community!

Thank you to everyone who came out to help the PTO with the 2026 MW Community Day on Sunday! We had about 30 volunteers help pick up trash, w**d, remove invasive Trees of Heaven, plant flowers, and create a new garden bed along Bow Street near the upper parking lot. Check out the grounds next time you're at the school!

From today's Remind: The MW Community is invited to attend our Memorial Day Show on Thursday (5/21) at 9am. Students in Kindergarten, First and Second grade will perform songs and Officer Joseph Wells of the Woburn Police Department and a veteran of the United States Army, will be our speaker.
