💙 WELDY HOME FOR GIRLS NEEDS YOUR HELP! 💙

We’re trying something a little different! Each week, we’ll be asking for donations of specific items that help keep Weldy Home running and provide for the girls in our care. 💕

🧻 THIS WEEK’S DONATION NEEDS: PAPER PRODUCTS!

Some items we could really use include:
• Toilet paper
• Paper towels
• Paper plates
• Napkins

Every donation, big or small, makes a difference! We know not everyone can give every week, but if you’re able to help with an item or two, it would mean so much to our home and the girls we serve. 💗

A heartfelt thank you to Brenda Ladun and all of the guests for coming to such a wonderful dinner at Grace Baptist Church to benefit the Weldy Home. ❤️

We are so incredibly grateful for your generosity, kindness, and willingness to support the girls. It means so much to have people in our community who are willing to come together and make a difference in their lives.

Thank you, Brenda, and everyone who helped make this dinner such a beautiful and meaningful event. We truly appreciate each and every one of you! 🩷🙏

Beach Trip 2026 ☀️🌊❤️

What an unforgettable week for The Weldy Home!

While not all of our girls are pictured (we're missing two amazing girls), every single one of them had an absolute blast and made memories they'll never forget.

From swimming in the pool for hours to seeing alligators (and even holding baby alligators!), every day was filled with adventure. They enjoyed delicious seafood, lots of ice cream and donuts (because vacation calories don't count! 🍩🍦), spent an evening at The Hangout full of laughter, went shopping for souvenirs, and even came home with their very own hermit crabs. It was a week filled with smiles, laughter, and so many special moments.

Most importantly, these girls got the chance to simply be kids—free to laugh, explore, and make memories that will stay with them for years to come.

To every single person who donated, volunteered, prayed, shared our posts, sponsored a meal, bought beach items, sent spending money, or encouraged us along the way—we want to say THANK YOU. We truly don't want to leave anyone out because every single act of kindness, big or small, helped make this trip possible.

Please know that your generosity did not go unnoticed. You didn't just help fund a beach trip—you gave these girls experiences, joy, confidence, and memories they will carry with them forever. We are incredibly grateful for each and every one of you and for the love you've shown The Weldy Home.

We came home with sandy suitcases, tired smiles, happy hearts, and a whole lot of memories.

From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for loving our girls and believing in them. We truly couldn't have done this without our amazing community. We are forever grateful. ❤️🌊🏖️

You all are truly amazing! We have had so many lovely people step up and help, and seeing everyone come together has been such a blessing. The Weldy Home is beyond grateful for every donation, message, share, and act of kindness shown. Your generosity and support mean more than words can express.

🚨🚨🚨Our Weldy Home girls are getting the opportunity to take a beach trip at the end of July, and we would love for our community to come together to help make it extra special. We are hoping to provide each girl (8) with a beach bag full of goodies and reminders that they are loved, valued, and supported by the people around them.
Donation ideas:
• Beach towels
• Sunscreen
• Sunglasses
• Beach hats
• Beach bags
• Water bottles or reusable cups
• Hair brushes, hair ties, and accessories
• Chapstick and lotion
• Travel-size toiletries
• Snacks and candy
• Card games and small travel games
• Sand toys, buckets, and shovels
• Fun summer surprises
It truly takes a community to love and encourage others, and every donation—big or small—can help make these girls feel special and create memories they will carry with them.
