🚴‍♀️ That's a wrap on our 2026 Senior Biking Season! 🚴‍♂️

Another wonderful biking season has come to an end! The Trailriders bicycling group enjoyed 20 successful rides this year, filled with fresh air, friendship, exercise, and plenty of good times along the way.

To celebrate the end of the season, 14 members of this fabulous biking group gathered for a lunch at Bart's Drive-In, including a few familiar faces from past seasons and even one potential new biker!

A big thank-you to everyone who participated and helped make this another great season!

This group will be back on their bikes in the Spring of 2027 so if anyone is insterested in joining, contact the Windsor Senior Center anytime to be put on the email distribution list! 🚴‍♀️🚴‍♂️

Despite the HVAC project at LP Wilson, the Senior Center has worked hard to keep our core programs in tact. Meditation & Mindful Movement is such an important offering to our patrons. Currently it’s held offsite at the Mt. Zion rectory building. Thank you Michael for your commitment to our folks. Looks like today’s class is off to a strong start.

What a day! Two coach bus trips, a Fall-Prevention workshop with Angel Love Homecare, a session with our friend Jan Jeremias on Immune Support and Staying Healthy as we get into cold-season, plus all the regularly scheduled programming- Meditation and Mindful Movements, pickleball, coffee, lunch, Co****le, and Wii Bowling.
