At our Rotary meeting today we had Mike Hogan, CEO and Steve Brokamp, Director of Educational Programming of Junior Achievement- Biz Town talk to us about their wonderful programs to teach youth financial literacy, entrepreneurial skills and work and career readiness skills!

We had a great presentation today from Rev Charles Jackson about the important mission work they helped with in Uganda for the past 10 years!

This week our Rotary club had an offsite meeting at CCYC - Clinton County Youth Council -Eric Guindon, the Executive Director told us about the great benefits of their work, their future goals and gave us a nice tour of the facility with a disc golf demo!

Wilmington College’s Sigrid Solomon has received the Inspiration Award from the Ohio Foundation of Independent Colleges, recognizing her extraordinary dedication to students and her community.

Affectionately known as “Mama Sigrid,” she has spent nearly two decades creating a campus where students feel seen, supported, empowered, and showing up every day with compassion, strength and purpose.

Her impact is felt in the lives she’s helped shape, the confidence she’s built and the community she continues to strengthen.

Congratulations, Sigrid! Thank you for all you do for Wilmington College!
