Due to the heat advisory and extreme temperatures, ALL AYSO Region 75 practices are CANCELED today at ALL fields. ⚽️

Please stay cool, hydrated, and safe! 💧☀️

☀️ HEAT ADVISORY — PRACTICES ARE STILL ON! ⚽️

Practices will continue as scheduled, but with the heat advisory in effect, please take extra precautions to keep our players and coaches safe.

💧 Bring plenty of water and hydrate throughout the day
🧢 Wear light, breathable clothing
☀️ Take breaks and seek shade whenever possible
🥵 Watch for signs of overheating, heat exhaustion, or heat illness
🚨 If your child isn’t feeling well, please keep them home

Coaches may adjust or shorten activities as needed based on the heat and player safety.

Safety comes first! Stay cool, stay hydrated, and take care of each other. 💙⚽️

🚫💍 No Jewelry on the Field ⚽

A friendly reminder to all AYSO Region 75 families:

For the safety of all players, NO jewelry may be worn during practices or games. This includes:

• Earrings (including newly pierced ears)
• Necklaces
• Bracelets (except medical alert bracelets)
• Rings
• Watches
• Smartwatches/Fitness trackers

Medical alert bracelets are the only exception and should be securely fastened or safely covered if needed.

Jewelry can cause serious injuries to the wearer or other players. Coaches and referees are required to ensure all jewelry is removed before players are allowed to participate.

⏰ Please remove all jewelry before arriving at the field to help practices and games start on time.

Thank you for helping us keep our players safe and for following AYSO safety guidelines! 💙⚽
