After six months of bargaining, we're excited to share that we have reached a tentative agreement on our successor contract with CTA!

The agreement will now go to the full CSO membership for a ratification vote.

How embarrassing for Indiana State Teachers Association members to read the news about ugly union busting by their union's executive director, who continues to be enabled by the ISTA Board of Directors. How sad that union leaders are siding with a bully boss over their dedicated Indiana PSO staff who fight bully principals and bad admin every day on behalf of educators in public schools across Indiana.

CSO stands with the members of Indiana Professional Staff Organization - PSO in their ongoing struggle against retaliation by Indiana State Teachers Association.

Our collective struggle for union educators, public schools and our students, families and communities is hard enough fighting corrupt politicians, religious extremists and greedy privatizers – it’s a damn shame that IPSO members also have to battle a bully boss while supporting ISTA members.
