The Essential Needs Project is a referral‑based program serving adults 70 and over and individuals of any age facing catastrophic illness.

Recipients can be referred by churches, non‑profits, community leaders, and business owners who recognize a need in their community.

If you or your organization would like to refer a potential recipient, you may call us at 615-681-1322 to receive a referral form.
