This week's Member Spotlight was The BitWorks, Inc.!

BitworksIT provides Fully Managed Business Technology for organizations that want greater control, security, and confidence in their technology.

We help businesses move beyond simply maintaining IT by delivering a comprehensive approach that combines technology management, cybersecurity, governance, strategic planning, and responsive support.

Our focus is ensuring technology aligns with business objectives, follows established standards, and remains secure, predictable, and scalable as organizations grow. Rather than managing isolated tools and vendors, we provide oversight and accountability across the entire technology environment.

Business leaders partner with BitworksIT because they want more than technical support—they want a trusted advisor who helps them reduce risk, improve productivity, and make informed technology decisions.

Serving businesses throughout the Twin Cities and surrounding communities, we are passionate about helping organizations leverage technology as a competitive advantage, not just a business expense.

BitworksIT — Fully Managed Business Technology.

Social Media Tip #2 from Makenna Cabrera at Entirely Bonkers Media Co:

"Educate yourself on reading basic social media analytics. When planning your upcoming content, review how your posts performed. Check what your audience reacted well to and what they did not react well to. Use this information to plan all future posts."

Thank you, Makenna, for sharing these tips with the Chamber community!

JOIN US ON SATURDAY MORNING!

Join fellow Chamber members in giving back to the community we proudly serve. Our annual Adopt-a-Highway Clean Up is a meaningful opportunity to connect with other local professionals while working side-by-side to keep our shared spaces clean, welcoming, and beautiful.

Whether you come to lend a hand, meet someone new, or simply spend time outdoors doing something positive, this event offers a rewarding way to serve our community together. All are welcome - bring your team, your energy, and your commitment to making a visible difference.

We will meet at the White Bear Area Chamber of Commerce office for coffee and a quick breakfast, then pair up to head in separate directions. Our highway stretch is 61N from County Road F to Highway 96 N.

We have four incredible ways to connect, learn, and give back this week! Whether you're gathering around the table, raising a glass, rolling up your sleeves, or talking about what sustainability looks like at work — there's something for everyone. Here's what's happening:

Wednesday - Roundtable Conversation: Sustainability Strategies in the Workplace

Join us for an intimate, 90-minute roundtable conversation where two of the region's leading sustainability experts will share practical strategies, real-world examples, and actionable next steps for businesses ready to make meaningful progress on sustainability in the workplace. Lunch is provided for this program!

Thursday - Lunchtime Networking

Join us for June's Lunchtime Networking at Young's Korean BBQ, where we are taking the party outside for a warm-weather afternoon on the patio as part of our annual Summer Patio Tour. Great food, great company, and a great reason to step away from your desk in the middle of the day. Lunchtime Networking is one of the Chamber's most welcoming programs - low-key, friendly, and designed for real conversations. Come as you are, bring your business cards, and let the connections happen naturally.

Thursday - Women in Business Happy Hour

As a new tradition, the Women in Business Happy Hour brings together some of the most dynamic, driven, and genuinely fun people in the White Bear area business community for an evening of great conversation and even better company. This year, we're heading to MIZU Japanese for the first time - and we couldn't be more excited.

Friday - Adopt-a-Highway Clean Up

Join fellow Chamber members in giving back to the community we proudly serve. Our annual Adopt-a-Highway Clean Up is a meaningful opportunity to connect with other local professionals while working side-by-side to keep our shared spaces clean, welcoming, and beautiful.

Registration for all of these programs is ideal so we can appropriately plan. Please register on the Chamber website at www.WhiteBearChamber.com/events/eventscalendar!

Roundtable Conversation: Sustainability Strategies in the Workplace

What does it actually look like to build a more sustainable business - and where do you even begin?

Join us for an intimate, 90-minute roundtable conversation where two of the region's leading sustainability experts will share practical strategies, real-world examples, and actionable next steps for businesses ready to make meaningful progress on sustainability in the workplace.

This is not a lecture. This is a conversation - and your questions, your challenges, and your ideas are exactly what will make it valuable.

Meet Your Experts

David Olson - Center for Energy and Environment
Ella England - Waste Wise and

Together, David and Ella bring a comprehensive perspective on sustainability - from the energy your business consumes to the waste it generates - and everything in between.

What to Expect

A facilitated roundtable conversation with two regional sustainability experts
Practical, business-focused strategies you can begin implementing right away
An intimate setting limited to just 10 participants, so every voice in the room gets heard

Lunch provided
90 minutes of focused, meaningful conversation

This is perfect for you if:
* You know sustainability matters to your business but are not sure where to start - and you want honest, practical guidance without the jargon
* You are already taking steps toward sustainability and want to learn what other businesses are doing, discover resources you may not know about, and push your efforts further
* You are responsible for operations, facilities, HR, or culture at your organization and want to bring something tangible back to your team
* You have heard about energy efficiency or waste reduction programs but have never had the chance to sit down with an expert and ask your specific questions
* You believe that businesses have a real role to play in building healthier, more sustainable communities and you want to be part of that conversation

Space is extremely limited — only 10 seats available so registration is required. Reserve your seat today on the WBACC website and come ready to talk, ask, and leave with a plan.
