ESSENTIAL REWARDS MEMBERS who have orders that HAVE NOT processed yet this month:
It has come to my attention that there has been an technical issue regarding Essential Rewards orders. Thankfully, YL always makes things right once it's brought to their attention, but we need to see who all it has happened to.
If your order was set to process anywhere from the 27th - 31st, will you double check and make sure it processed or is still set to process? Some accounts have been deleted from the ER program. It's fixable, but you'll need to post below if you need help fixing it. When you log in, just make sure you can access your Essential Rewards account ok. If it shows your order and points, etc, you're good to go. If it says you need to join, that's something we need to help you with restoring your ER.
Also, side (but related) note but still VERY important:
There are over 118 ER orders PRIOR to the 28th that have not processed yet for October. Will you check your order and see why it didn't process? (Look for the check mark by your order or a shipping confirmation or the word "pending" etc.) If it has not processed, many times it's due to a credit card expiring or a new card, etc.
