We deeply value our collaborative relationship with Emmanuel College. This article highlights one of several partnerships we have with higher education institutions. This would not have been possible without the support of Dr. Keith Lezama.

Two Saints, two paths, one partnership rooted in community and education. 💙💛

Kyle Antoine '24 G'25 connected with The Calculus Project through a School of Education fellowship and has been with the program ever since. He just wrapped his second summer as a lead teacher, planning lessons and building a classroom culture where students feel comfortable thinking and speaking as mathematicians. That experience helped him land his first full-time teaching position at TechBoston Academy.

"Experience with The Calculus Project sticks out on a resume, especially when applying to one of our many partner schools in the Boston area," he said.

Oscar Cabral '26 followed a similar path — starting as a fellow before growing into a Peer Teacher Leader role, where he now hires, onboards, and supervises roughly 50 Peer Teachers each summer.

"It's heartwarming to build connections with the students coming into the program and then see how well they're doing afterward," Cabral said. "The Calculus Project does a great job of building community."

We deeply value and appreciate our partnership with the Kennedy School of Science at UMass Lowell. Without their support, we would not be able to expose students as young as 7th grade to life on a college campus while preparing them for success in advanced mathematics.

Earlier this month, former TCP scholar and Peer Teacher CJ Cox clocked a career-high 27 points in a nail-biter at Northwestern, carrying the Boilermakers to victory in the final seconds of the game.

We couldn’t be more proud and excited to see what’s next from this unstoppable alum turned Big Ten breakout star! We'll be cheering him on as March Madness approaches, and we suggest you keep an eye on his top-seeded team as you lock in your brackets....
