On August 30, 1997, Iowa State took the field for the very first game played under the name Jack Trice Stadium, hosting Oklahoma State in front of 43,841 fans. The scoreboard read a loss that day, but the name on the stadium was a win decades in the making. Every kickoff there since has carried Jack's name forward.

The Trice Legacy Foundation is pleased to announce that Dr. Tom Hill has joined our Advisory Board.

Dr. Hill brings nearly two decades of senior leadership experience in higher education, most notably as Senior Vice President for Student Affairs at Iowa State University, along with a distinguished background as an Olympic athlete and student affairs administrator at several major universities. His depth of experience guiding student support, campus culture, and institutional policy will be a tremendous asset as we continue our mission.
