Join us for our Cystic Fibrosis Family Education Day on Nov. 7 at the University of Iowa Health Care Medical Center!

Hear from keynote speaker and Guts, Glitter, Glory author Dylan Mortimer about his journey with cystic fibrosis. Throughout the day, you’ll hear from CF and mental health experts on topics ranging from mental health and well-being to gene therapy delivery, along with updates on CF Foundation programs and research.

Whether you’re looking to learn about emerging science or find support for the challenges of living with CF, this event offers valuable information for the entire CF community.

The Iowa Chapter is excited to announce that an anonymous donor has kindly offered a $15,000 local matching gift opportunity! Beginning October 1, 2026, all gifts in the amount of $1 to $9,999 in support of the Eastern Iowa Great Strides will be matched dollar for dollar up to $15,000 by December 4, 2026, or when the match is completed, whichever comes first. Donations received in excess of the matching goal of $15,000 will be used to support the CF Foundation's mission.

A DAF is a charitable giving account that allows you to contribute cash, stocks, or other assets, receive an immediate tax deduction, and recommend grants to the causes you care about most. It's a flexible and easy way to support the CF Foundation with a one-time or recurring gift, or in the future as a beneficiary.
