I would personally like to thank Pam (our Masonette) & Brother Rick Herrington on how much I appreciate their hospitality last Saturday. They hosted a graduation party for my Grandson Josh Lower and his girlfriend Addison Ray at their home. Without a doubt, everyone in attendance enjoyed themselves! I so appreciate a Brother and his wife who did such a wonderful thing. Also thanks go out to Ashley Lower (Brother Steven Lower's wife) for all the wonderful food and treats that were prepared and provided at the party. The pulled pork was wonderful!!! Please keep Pam, Brother Rick's wife in your prayers as she fell last Wednesday night and broke her hip. The true trooper that Pam is, she came home from the hospital just a few days after, and was there for Josh and Addi's party. Our Brother, Les McAnally, laid down his working tools last Tuesday June 9th. Les had just received the honor of being a 50 Year Member of Hymera Lodge #588. Up until the last few years due to his failing health, Les regularly attended, supported and assisted our Lodge in many ways. As to my knowledge, there was no visitation or funeral home services other than gravesite. He will be sadly missed by his fellow Brothers.

CHARLES “LES” MCANALLY, 86, of Hymera, IN passed away at 9:15 p.m. Tuesday, June 9, 2026 at his home surrounded by his family. Hymera Lodge #588 will have it's June Stated Meeting tomorrow night, Tuesday, June 2nd, 2026. Our Stated Meeting time is at 7:30 P.M. I realize now that the weather is good, many of our Brothers are busy with their families in the evenings. But for those of you Brothers who have been out of touch with your Lodge Brothers for a while, here's a chance to get out and enjoy some Brotherhood for the evening. I'm not sure of what's on the Worshipful Master's agenda tomorrow night, but I encourage all members to attend if possible. Remember, this is "YOUR" lodge, and your input is important! As always, traveling Brothers are always welcome too!

Sorry for the late notice, but Hymera Lodge #588 will have it's May Stated Meeting tonight, Tuesday, May 5th, 2026. Our Stated Meeting time is at 7:30 P.M. For those of you Brothers who have been out of touch with your Lodge Brothers for a while, here's a chance to get out and enjoy some Brotherhood for the evening. We will have the results for our "South of the Border, Masonic Order Taco Dinner" which was held last Saturday. Just so you know, we run out of taco meat and had to fix more!!! I encourage all members to attend if possible. Remember, this is "YOUR" lodge, and your input is important! As always, traveling Brothers are always welcome too

Hymera Lodge #588 will be having our 5th Annual "South of the Border, Masonic Order" Taco Dinner this coming Saturday May 2nd 2026 from 4:00 to 7:00 P.M. In past years we've tried to coincide with "Cinco De 'Mayo", although this year we're a few days early! We've held our meal and taco prices this year to the same as last year. To add something new, we'll be making available a limited number of "fish tacos" this year at $3.50 each. At two of the four previous taco dinners, we've completely sold out, So come early and help celebrate with us!! Dine in or carry out available. Don't miss this "Fiesta"!
