Police Athletic League, serving the youth of West Orange through sports programs. The P.A.L. In addition to providing youth athletics, P.A.L.

The West Orange Police Athletic League has been in existence for over 60 years serving the youth of West Orange. currently offers Travel Baseball, Football, Travel Flag Football and Cheerleading for ages 5-14 years old. encourages players to volunteer their time in the community, as evidenced by the number of players who participate at the Annual Special Needs Game. The bonds created during their

youth continue to last a lifetime, as many former players return to the P.A.L. program as coaches and administrators.

As we close the chapter on another incredible Spring Girls Flag Football season, we want to extend a heartfelt thank you to our athletes, coaches, WOHS student assistant coaches, families, and the entire West Orange community for your unwavering support every step of the way.

From practices and game days to playoffs and unforgettable championship moments, this season was built on dedication, teamwork, and Mustang pride. Thank you for cheering from the sidelines, volunteering behind the scenes, and helping our athletes grow both on and off the field.

We're proud of everything our players accomplished this season and can't wait to celebrate together at our Under the Lights Banquet on Saturday, June 20th!

The regular season may be over, but our Mustangs aren't done yet!

Congratulations to our four 14U Girls Flag Football athletes who have been selected to represent West Orange in the NJSYFL 14U Girls Flag Football East vs. West All-Star Game: Brianna Charles, Alivia Godfrey, Lauren Ministre, and Mackie Rotundi! And congrats to Coach Dom for being selected to coach the West team!

These standout 8th graders will join athletes from Hunterdon Central, Scotch Plains-Fanwood, and Westfield on Team West as they take on Team East featuring Bloomfield, Berkeley Heights, Morristown, and Summit/New Providence.
