The Organisation provides training on political processes, campaign strategies, and public speaking, empowering women to run for offices, advocate for policies that benefit women and children, and hold leaders accountable.
2. Psychosocial Matters – Justice and human rights are corner stones of the campaign. The Organisation doesn’t only promote women on governance matters but also seeks justice led programmes that benefit women through mentorship, legal representation and implementation of programmes on Gender Based Violence, Early Child Marriage, Women and Property Rights, and several societal and behavioral matters of human rights violations that have informed it to take action to preserve the future safe for women and girls.
3. Economic Empowerment - believes that governance and psychosocial matters are important but not enough to empower women and girls than when they are economically empowered to fend and provide services for themselves, home and the society will human rights become protected and strengthened. As the saying goes with one international theme, to fight human rights you must be economically viable, the Organisation runs an economic empowerment programme that capacitates its members to become economically buoyant through livelihood support initiatives that change their lives to be strong and stand on their own
