Troop 246 is at Camp Wilderness Scout Camp this week and boy has the first couple of days been action packed. When you have 32 scouts at camp, there never is a dull moment. Enjoy some of our experiences at camp from camp setup, opening campfire, and a day of merit badges.

Isaiah is a great example of being able to be active and compete at a high level in different programs and be very successful. We are proud of his accomplishments inside of Scouting and out. I'm fairly certain this won't be the last time we hear about Isaiah.

Spring Camp was a HUGE SUCCESS!
Our troop showed up in force with nearly 90% scout attendance as we camped out at the beautiful Sheyenne National Grassland. We had brand‑new scouts on their first campout and one Scout enjoying his final one — and everyone made it a weekend to remember.

From knot‑tying and an orienteering course to a KanJam tournament, endless chess battles, and plenty of time just bonding in the outdoors, these Scouts packed the weekend full. The evenings were a little chilly, but we definitely mastered the art of layering… even if that meant wearing every piece of clothing some Scouts brought.

A huge thank‑you to the 13 parents and leaders who joined us. Your support helps these Scouts discover that they can do hard things, try new skills, and have a ton of fun doing it.

What a weekend
