It’s with great sadness that we share the passing of former Local 3970 President Lt Rick Michael. Rick was our Founding Charter President in 1999. The local is forever grateful for Rick to start the foundation for our membership. To this day all the brothers and sister will remember your commitment to Local 3970.

He served the citizens of West Chicago for over 35 years and retired in June of 2016.

We send our condolences to the Michael family.
