Baldwin Memorial Library is seeking a Library Director to lead our community library in beautiful Wells River, Vermont.
We are looking for a community-minded, organized, and enthusiastic individualwho enjoys working with people and is committed to making the library a welcoming and valuable resource for residents of all ages.
The Library Director is responsible for the day-to-day operation of the library, including budgeting, collection development, programming, community outreach, coordinating volunteers, and working with the Library Trustees.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, be comfortable with technology, and enjoy developing relationships within the community. Library experience is preferred, but we also encourage qualified candidates with relevant experience to apply.
Hours: Up to 28 hours
Salary: Commensurate with experience
Location: Wells River, Vermont
