Albany State University (ASU) and the Miss Georgia Scholarship Competition Inc. have announced a new partnership that will expand educational opportunities for future titleholders while investing in leadership development, academic achievement, and community impact.

Through the partnership, winners of Miss Georgia and Miss Georgia's Teen will receive a full four-year tuition scholarship to Albany State University. The scholarship is stackable with Georgia’s HOPE and Zell Miller Scholarships, creating a powerful opportunity for recipients to pursue higher education while serving as ambassadors for their communities and the State of Georgia.

The Miss America Scholarship Foundation is proud to announce a new higher education partnership with Troy University in Troy, Alabama! 🎓✨

Through this incredible partnership, all Miss America and Miss America’s Teen State Titleholders in Cycles 2027 and 2028 will receive a four-year renewable scholarship covering undergraduate tuition, fees, and on-campus housing at Troy University.

For out-of-state recipients, this opportunity is valued at up to $130,000 over four years! Another powerful step in expanding access to higher education through scholarship.

Miss America’s Teen Tess Ferm took a special visit to Hood College, where she toured the beautiful campus and met with Hood College President Debbie Ricker, Ph.D.

We are incredibly grateful for this exciting new partnership, as Hood College will now offer a full-tuition scholarship to the winner of Miss America’s Teen! ✨
