Jessica Seeliger - USD 353 School Board Member Mom to Harper and Holden. An advocate for my children and yours. I was elected on November 7, 2023. And will take my oath on January 11, 2024.

I am Jessica Seeliger and I am Mom to two amazing kids, Harper an 8th grader at Wellington Middle School, and Holden, a 5th grader at Eisenhower Elementary. I am ran for school board because I believe they, and all USD 353 students, deserve the opportunity to receive a quality education and fulfilling school experience right here in Wellington. As a parent I have been very involved in every aspect

of my kiddos’ school life and have seen firsthand where our district is falling short. As a board member, I want to be an advocate for parents and teachers who want answers, who want change and who want to see our kids succeed both in school and after graduation. I am an advocate for our children who deserve an education that will prepare them up for life after high school, no matter what their plans are.

Free meals will be offered to all children ages 1-18 from June 1st to July 30th, Monday through Friday, at Wellington High School.
(No service on Friday, June 19th or Friday, July 3rd)

Breakfast will be served from 7:50-8:45 AM, and Lunch will be served from 11:00-12:00.

This program is not limited to just USD 353 students or students who qualify for Free or Reduced Lunches. Children must be present, and meals have to be consumed on site.

No application or registration is needed.

Due to high winds, today’s Wellington High School Graduation Ceremony will be held at the WHS gymnasium at 2:00pm. All seniors received 10 tickets to give to family and friends for early seating, starting at 1:00pm. If you don’t have a ticket, you enter the gym starting at 1:30.

Over the next 8 days, we are pulling back the curtain to show you exactly what our students have accomplished.
