THE KWF BINDER IS OFFICIALLY CLOSED! 👏🏼✨

And just like that… the 126th Kansas Wheat Festival is officially in the books! 🌾❤️

We’ve already started jotting down ideas and making plans for next year, but come January, we’ll be ready to dig our elbows into planning KWF 2027! 😉🙌🏼🌾

We are incredibly grateful for EVERYONE who helped make this year’s festival possible: our amazing sponsors, volunteers, vendors, organizations, businesses, committees, and all of the behind-the-scenes people who gave their time, energy, resources, and heart to this community tradition. ❤️

And to everyone who came out and celebrated with us… THANK YOU! Your support, participation, smiles, and memories are what make the Kansas Wheat Festival so special. We truly couldn’t do it without you. 🫶🏼

This festival takes an entire community, and Wellington continues to show up year after year. We are so proud to be a part of it! 🌾

Now… we’ll take a little breather. 😅
Then it’s back to the drawing board because KWF 2027 is going to be BIGGER, BETTER, and even more memorable! 🎉

Until then, thank you for making KWF 2026 one to remember! ❤️ SEE YOU NEXT YEAR!!!

💙 It Takes a Community. 💙

As another incredible Kansas Wheat Festival comes to a close, we simply want to say thank you.

To everyone who volunteered their time. Whether you helped staff the Chamber booth, registered festival buttons, sold T-shirts and merchandise, welcomed visitors, assisted with events, took photos, checked in on activities we couldn't be at, answered questions, helped with setup or cleanup, or quietly stepped in wherever you were needed.. THANK YOU!!

Many of you gave up evenings, weekends, and countless hours before and during the festival. Some of your work was front and center, while much of it happened behind the scenes. Every role mattered, and every act of service helped create an unforgettable experience for our community and our visitors.

The Kansas Wheat Festival is more than a five-day celebration, it's months of planning and an incredible team of volunteers, committee members, board members, city staff, sponsors, organizations, and community members all working toward the same goal.

From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for sharing your time, your talents, and your passion. We are incredibly grateful for each and every one of you. 💙🌾
