It may not look pretty, but there’s a LOT of progress happening behind the scenes at the Comm!

We are currently undergoing a major HVAC replacement, as one of the largest improvement projects in our building’s history. While construction might be a little messy, it is all part of a much bigger investment in the future of the Waverly Community House.

We are taking care of our historic building today, so that it can continue serving the community for the next 100 years and beyond.

Thank you for all your patience and support as we navigate this project.

We're so excited that our HVAC project is making such great progress!

To keep everyone safe around the scaffolding while the ceiling is under construction, the gym will be temporarily closed until further notice for daytime programs and events.

We truly appreciate your patience and understanding as we make these improvements for our community!
