🎶 A weekend of music and history in Cape Vincent 🎶

If you’re looking for a weekend filled with music, community, history, and a little waterfront magic, Cape Vincent is the place to be!

The fun kicks off Saturday, August 29, with Stroll on Broadway beginning at 9 AM and continuing throughout the day, featuring an incredible lineup of musical performances.

Then at 1 PM, the music heads to the Tibbets Point Lighthouse for an afternoon with Chris Jones, performing from 1–3 PM. 🎸🌅 What better backdrop for live music than one of our region’s most treasured lighthouses?

And the weekend doesn’t stop there! On Sunday, August 30 at 7 PM, head over to Recreation Park on James Street for a fascinating talk on 250 Years of Lighthouses.

Go celebrate everything that makes this community special—great music, fascinating history, beautiful lighthouses, and good people.

If you’re looking for something fun, relaxing, and a little different this Thursday (August 27, 2026), head to Outskirts 1812 in Sackets Harbor for an evening of creativity at their Paint & Sip in the Barn! 🖌️✨

From 6:00 – 9:00 PM, local artist Tom Contino will guide participants through the painting process—so no experience is needed. Just bring yourself, settle in, and enjoy a few hours of color, conversation, and good company.

Whether you come with your favorite person, gather some friends, or simply treat yourself to a solo night out, it’s a great excuse to slow down, unplug, and make something you’ll take home with you. 💛
