I am writing to share that Clean Communities along with the CC water and trust successfully completed a clean-up of the New Brooklyn Park this past weekend in observance of Juneteenth.

We were joined by a representative from Project Earth, as well as several other volunteers from Camden County.

June 6, save the date. The Environmental Commission in cooperation with Clean Communities/ free bag NJ will have a free fishing tournament @ the new Atco Lake. Bring your rods, we supply the bate, trophies and prizes will be awarded. 8 am Atco lake. Our police dept will be there to hand out hot dogs . Take care of the young man who volunteered his time to serve us.

We did it! The Environmental commission teamed up with Clean Communities for the shredding event. 102 cars was the total count. Clean Communities gave out reusable bags to every car. Total weight shredded 3210 pounds

I would like to express my sincere gratitude for the collective efforts that made today’s Clean Communities annual Spring cleanup a significant success.

I personally want to thank the Environmental Commission , the Department of Public Works, and specifically Tim and Eric, who ensured all necessary equipment was in place and provided essential roadside assistance to our team. My appreciation also goes out to the Police Dept for their unwavering commitment to our safety throughout the event.

Finally, I would like to thank the 96 volunteers who chose to spend their Saturday contributing to the initiative. Your hard work and community spirit were vital to the success of this event.

All non profit will receive $25 per person up to 10 ppl per event. Yrly total not to exceed $500.
