It’s that time of year again! Time for the leaves to change color and fall off the trees onto the soon to be snowy grounds of winter. As we sip our spiced beverages and watch the seasons change, we begin our traditional holiday routine. around the table this holiday season and watch the smiles on every child’s face as they open their presents, please remember to keep those families in mind that might not be as fortunate to enjoy this time like we all want. The Washingtonville Fire Department along with the Salisbury Mills and South Blooming Grove Fire Departments want to spread the Christmas cheer to families who need it the most this year. We will be accepting NEW, UNWRAPPED presents and GIFT CARDS at dropbox locations in local businesses around the village of Washingtonville and various locations within the town.
