Today we remember Juneteenth, a day that marks the announcement of freedom to enslaved Americans and celebrates the enduring value and dignity of every person.

At The PowerHouse, we believe every student is created in the image of God and has immeasurable worth, purpose, and potential.

As we reflect on the past, we also look forward with hope—building relationships, strengthening our community, and helping young people discover the life and freedom found in Christ.

PAPER DRIVE FOR THE POWERHOUSE

As we continue serving students throughout the summer, we’re running low on a few everyday items that help us care for teens and families.

We’re currently collecting:

• Paper Plates
• Plastic Forks
• Plastic Spoons
• Paper Towels
• Toilet Paper
• Napkins

Please note: We do not need plastic knives at this time.

Donations can be dropped off during our posted office hours. Every item donated helps us stretch our resources further and continue investing in the students of Daviess County.

Thank you for helping us make The PowerHouse a place where teens are known, valued, and loved.

Need to drop off supplies, ask questions, or connect with us? We’ll have office hours from 1:00 PM–4:00 PM on the following dates:

Please note: The office will be closed June 22–26 while our staff is on vacation.

Calling all outgoing 6th graders through graduating seniors! Especially our incoming 7th graders — this is the perfect chance to come check out The PowerHouse, meet some new people, grab some food, and kick off summer with us. Games, fun, and organized chaos included.
