Working at the intersection of art and activism, their Summer Camps center and uplift girls and non-binary youth, especially Black and Brown youth, and provide spaces for young people to rise up and rock out together.

Not to be dramatic but yesterday was KINDA AWESOME! We had a killer lunchtime concert from our friends pinkshift , we screen printed with The Arcade , we learned about youth activism from Black Swan Academy (BSA) , we attended Tiny Desk, and, of course, we ROCKED OUT!! August Camp is already off to an AMAZING START! ๐ŸŒŸWe had so much fun posing like rockstars, learning our instruments and making new friends.๐Ÿ’™ We learned about songwriting from our friend ๐•ƒ๐•š๐•ง ๐”พ๐•ฃ๐•’๐•”๐•– and about disability justice from our friend Lee August Swanson , and we welcomed a very special lunchtime performance from The Frizz . July Summer Camp might be over, but we will remember our showcase forever!!
