Parkinson's disease (PD) can affect more than movement — it can also impact emotional and mental well-being.

⚠️ Mood disturbances are a common symptom of Parkinson’s disease and may include depression, anxiety, irritability, or emotional changes that affect daily life.

Understanding both the physical and emotional symptoms of PD is important for providing compassionate care and support.

The Black Church has no purpose, no ministry, and no existence without CHRIST. ✝️

CHRIST is the center.
CHRIST is the message.
CHRIST is the foundation.

Not our pastors.
Not our personalities.
Not our platforms.

When JESUS is lifted up, the Church fulfills its mission.

Education saves lives. When families talk openly about Hepatitis C and encourage testing, African Americans can reduce health disparities and improve long-term outcomes.

Too many people remain unaware of the risks, symptoms, and life-saving benefits of early detection. Awareness within the family can make all the difference.

NBCI is calling on churches, parents, grandparents, and community leaders to spread the message: get tested, stay informed, and help protect the next generation.
