The Reconciliation package is NOT GOOD ENOUGH. Half-measures that compromise are NOT acceptable. Democrats need to go back to the table and demand true climate change action in the Reconciliation package or block its passage altogether. What do you think?

We were promised a very aggressive climate control plan… and we’re still waiting. This plan doesn’t do nearly enough from what was promised and it’s time for Progressive Democrats to push for real environmental justice, now!

The proposed changes in this bill are only a small fraction of what this administration said they were going to accomplish. Progressive Democrats need to push harder on Congressional Leaderships and force more action on this bill.

An aggressive effort to sway Sen. Joe Manchin managed to salvage a package that its authors say will help drive sharp cuts in greenhouse gases.
