A University of Kansas administrator claims “you can’t be a social worker without being rooted in social justice.”

She also says accreditation standards require DEI in the curriculum. That isn’t true. Florida banned identity politics in higher education, and every state should follow suit if we want to save higher education.

#1000: Lance Lokas

After standing with groups defending Students for Justice in Palestine at George Washington University following antisemitic projections praising “martyrs” and invoking “from the river to the sea,” his activism is now part of the public record.

We will continue buying domains and exposing the students promoting antisemitism, division, and extremism on campuses across the country.

Accuracy in Media caught another Arizona State University administrator on hidden camera admitting that, despite federal and Board of Regents bans on DEI at ASU, the same programs are still happening under different names.

One administrator said the word “diversity” seems “threatening to Trump” because it “implies too few white people.”

Every state must ban the promotion of identity politics in higher education.

UNDERCOVER INVESTIGATION:

A University of Louisville sociology professor says DEI is STILL being taught “exactly the same” despite recent changes across Kentucky campuses.

She claims lawmakers won’t go after curriculum because of “academic freedom” — and says university leadership still supports DEI behind the scenes.

Should taxpayers know what’s happening in public universities?

Texas State administrator Gloria Martinez, Director of the Center for Gender Studies, admitted in undercover footage that DEI isn’t going anywhere.

They’ve been building it for 20 years—and she says “it will be hard to undo.”
Her reasoning: “The law does not apply to academics.”

That means DEI is still in the classroom.

“The courses are still on… we’re still here,” she says, adding that the law mainly targeted student services—not academics.

Behind the scenes, she says leadership at Texas State isn’t concerned:
“Nobody said anything about the law here… just keep it quiet.”

So what changed? Mostly the language.
“You can have the diversity statement—just don’t call it a diversity statement… you call it your teaching philosophy.”

Same content. Different label.
Texans were told DEI was gone. It’s not.

“Rooted in social justice”—that’s how a University of Kentucky official describes the university’s approach, even as he acknowledges DEI is effectively “banned” at the state level.

The Director of the Martin Luther King Center told our investigator that DEI can’t be openly facilitated in the ways many expect—particularly anything tied to race, gender, sexual orientation, or that could be seen as non-neutral.

But he made clear the work isn’t going away—it’s being carried out in different ways.
