Calling all RPCVs with unconventional career journeys! 🚨

Who are the RPCVs building careers in unexpected places?

We're looking for speakers for a panel at Peace Corps Connect, our annual national conference, on July 18–19 focused on the unconventional paths Returned Peace Corps Volunteers take after service.

Have you built a career in:
→ Entertainment
→ Fashion
→ Hospitality & Hotels
→ Marketing & Communications
→ Retail
→ Food & Restaurant Industries
→ Big Tech
→ Entrepreneurship
→ Or another field people might not immediately associate with’ Peace Corps jobs’

We want to highlight the many different paths RPCVs have taken since their service—to inspire others to see what’s possible.

We'll be exploring how Peace Corps service influences careers, leadership, relationships, and the unique perspectives RPCVs bring to workplaces and teams. We're especially interested in hearing from RPCVs whose career journeys might surprise people.

As we celebrate this milestone, we also honor the retirement of Jonathan Pearson, whose 22 years of service to the Peace Corps and RPCV community have made a lasting impact.
