Conference in Support of Ukraine Organized by Pastor Burns and Spiritual Diplomats on ALLATRA Platform in D.C.

📣On February 5, 2026, the international conference “Freedom Has a Name, and It’s Called Ukraine” took place at the U.S. Capitol Complex (Rayburn House Office Building) in Washington, D.C. The event was organized under the leadership of Pastor Mark Burns, Spiritual Advisor to President Donald Trump, and his global initiative Spiritual Diplomats, on the platform of the ALLATRA International Public Movement.

The bipartisan gathering brought together U.S. State Department officials, Members of the Ukrainian Parliament, military leaders, religious figures, and humanitarian organizations. Participants emphasized the need to continue military and humanitarian support for Ukraine, ensure the safe return of abducted Ukrainian children, hold Russia accountable for war crimes, and provide Ukraine with real security guarantees.

📶 Speakers also highlighted the role of spiritual diplomacy as a unifying force in mobilizing the international community to defend freedom, sovereignty, and human dignity, stressing that Ukraine’s struggle represents not only a territorial conflict but also the defense of the fundamental principles of the international order.

On January 22, 2026, in Washington, D.C., faith leaders, lawmakers, diplomats, human rights advocates, and civil society representatives gathered for the historic International Interfaith Conference - United in Liberty: The Rise of Spiritual Diplomats, hosted by Pastor Mark Burns on the ALLATRA International Public Movement platform in the U.S. Capitol Caucus Room.

This momentous event focused on unity across beliefs and cultures, freedom of religion or belief, shared human values, protection of children, and global peace - bringing voices together from around the world to champion these core principles.

The conference underscored Spiritual Diplomats - faith leaders stepping into places politics cannot reach, carrying wisdom instead of weapons, and working for peace where treaties and policies have failed.

“Freedom Has a Name and it is called Ukraine” — under this title, a conference in support of Ukraine will take place in Washington, D.C. on February 5. The event is led by Pastor Mark Burns, a global spiritual diplomat and advocate for Ukraine, Donald Trump spiritual adviser, chairman of the global Spiritual Diplomats initiative together with International Public Movement ALLATRA.

The conference is dedicated to solidarity with the Ukrainian people in their fight for freedom, sovereignty, and peace amid ongoing Russian aggression. It has a bipartisan focus and aims to unite representatives of both the Democratic and Republican parties around support for Ukraine as a shared value rooted in freedom and justice.

The conference will serve as a united voice in defense of freedom and Ukraine’s future, and as a call for decisive action by the international community.
