For nearly 90 years, ULI and its members have been shaping the future of the built environment. Now members have an opportunity to shape the future of ULI and ensure it remains influential, indispensable, and impactful for many years to come. 🌎

FutureScape 2035 invites members to help chart the course of ULI for the next decade and beyond. In virtual and in-person sessions, members will discuss key drivers of change, envision the year 2035, and offer bold forecasts about ULI in four key areas: Belonging, Convening, Knowledge, and Impact.

This grassroots strategic forecasting initiative will kick off with in-person workshops at the in San Francisco, November 4-6. A virtual session will take place the following week.

This first-of-its-kind Canadian resource gives developers, planners, and corporate leaders a blueprint to:

✅ Achieve free, prior, and informed consent.

✅ Ensure co-development and long-term benefit for Indigenous Peoples.
