National Center on Sexual Exploitation Defending human dignity. Opposing s*xual exploitation. NCOSE directs a global coalition of 600+ leaders from the right and left, from academics to pastors.

If we want a world free from s*xual abuse and exploitation, our strategy must be proactive, not just reactive to the mounting attacks to human dignity. The National Center on Sexual Exploitation (NCOSE) leads the movement to end s*xual abuse and exploitation through research, litigation, corporate and legislative advocacy. NCOSE’s core objectives are to 1) make po*******hy intolerable in society,

comparable to the change in opinion and policy for smoking, 2) to reduce the demand for the commercial s*x industry, the only way to stop s*x trafficking, and 3) to create safer online spaces so that our youth can love, connect, learn and thrive. This strategy has moved massive corporations like Google, Facebook, and Netflix to change policies. It has led to the passage of groundbreaking legislation for good enabling real accountability for bad actors. It has spurred a movement in our courts for human dignity where we have filed lawsuits against Twitter, Wyndham Hotels, Pornhub and others for facilitating s*x trafficking. NCOSE has also forced these issues to finally be confronted in the public sphere.

A survivor doesn't owe you the details. They don't owe you the perfect reaction, forgiveness, silence, or an explanation. What they deserve is to be believed, supported, and respected. If someone trusts you with their story, listen without judgment. Let them decide what happens next. And remind them: what happened was not their fault. Supporting survivors starts with believing them. 💙

Consent depends on the full circumstances of what someone agreed to. If someone secretly changes those circumstances, like removing a condom after agreeing to use one, they have violated the terms of that consent. This is known as stealthing. Consent isn’t a blank check. Know your boundaries. Know what consent really means. And know that violating someone’s s*xual boundaries is never okay.

4+ doesn’t always mean safe. App Store age ratings can be self-reported, with little oversight when apps get it wrong. That means an app rated for young children could still expose them to s*xualized ads, public comments, or strangers looking to make contact. So, can parents really trust those ratings? Haley and Dani break it down on the latest Ending Sexploitation Podcast. Listen to the full episode at the link below or wherever you get your podcasts. 👇📲

A major victory for child safety and Big Tech accountability! The latest ruling adds $567 million to an earlier judgment, bringing the total to more than $940 million. The court also directed that hundreds of millions of dollars be used for youth mental health treatment, prevention efforts, and other programs to address the harms caused by social media. This ruling sends a clear message: when companies put profits ahead of children's safety, there must be consequences.

What we normalize shapes our culture. When female athletes are portrayed through a lens of objectification instead of athleticism, it reinforces the idea that women exist to be looked at before they're respected. The good news? Change is happening, and it's worth celebrating. Let's keep pushing for a culture that values women for their talent, strength, and humanity, not their appearance. 💪
