Programs listed on our website include Meals on Wheels, the Prince George's County Home-Delivered Meal Program, and the Prince George's County Congregate Meal Program. Meals on Wheels
Older adults or individuals with a disability who cannot prepare food on their own can contact Meals on Wheels of College Park (MOWCP), which also serves Hyattsville. For $6 per day and up to 5 times per week, MOWCP can deliver lunch, dinner, and breakfast for the next morning. For more information, call (301) 927-2700 after 1:00 p.m. and the Intake Coordinator will follow up.
Prince George's County Home-Delivered Meal Program
The Prince George’s County Senior Nutrition Program offers a Home-Delivered Meal Program to adults age 60 or older who are unable to shop or prepare food for themselves. Frozen meals are delivered to program participants every other week. Prince George's County Congregate Meal Program
The Congregate Meal Program serves hot nutritious meals to adults 60 or older in community settings such as senior centers, religious facilities, senior housing and community centers. Individuals must call in advance to register for breakfast and/or lunch. The suggested donation is $2 for breakfast and $4 for lunch.
