Economic justice is a shared struggle. LGBTQIA+ workers deserve equal pay, but discrimination and data gaps hold them back. We cannot fix what we cannot see.

We are still severely lacking in data when it comes to the wage gap for LGBTQI+ (le***an, gay, bis*xual, transgender, queer/questioning, inters*x) people.
