Partnership: There’s something magical about building a dream to see women succeed and watch their dreams come true. Then finding the person who has the same goal as you, is magical. ✨

Last year hosting the inaugural conference of Women Getting Visible “Health, Wealth, and Happiness”, there was someone I wanted to be in that room. When she said “Yes!” the ball started rolling.

Amy showed up as a speaker and she brought women into the room with her. That’s what support and excitement looks like. When partnership came up, just 2 months later, it was a “Yes!”

From day one, she was someone I knew I could trust because she’s genuine; you get the real Amy, she is who she is. We talk like we’ve known each other since elementary school. So many people are shocked to find out we’ve only known each other 2 years.

As business partners we have each other’s back. We can step into each other’s shoes, literally we wear the same size, and share the creation and strategy work. We understand how each other works and we can hold each other’s load when needed.

That’s the same way we work with those in our sphere. We are not about competing, we are about completing. We want each other to succeed just like we want other women to succeed.
