They fought for our right to vote. Let's honor their legacy. 🇺🇸

Generations of women fought to ensure our voices could be heard at the ballot box. Today, we carry that legacy forward through informed and active civic participation.

As the November 3, 2026 elections approach, let's make sure we're ready:

🗳️ Check your voter registration. Know your state's deadlines and requirements.

📚 Get informed. Research candidates, ballot measures, and the issues affecting your community.

📍 Make a voting plan. Whether you vote early, by mail, or in person, understand your options and deadlines.

🤝 Encourage participation. Share reliable, nonpartisan resources with your family, friends, and community.

Today, NFBPWC proudly joins Business and Professional Women around the world in celebrating the 96th anniversary of BPW International.

For nearly a century, BPW has created something enduring: a global community of people committed to advancing women in business, the professions, leadership and public life.

That legacy matters because progress is rarely made alone. It is built when women support one another, advocate for one another, share opportunities, open doors, exchange experience and make sure the next generation does not have to begin where the last one started.

BPW is about connection, but it is also about action. It is about strengthening the voices of women in the workplace, in entrepreneurship, in government and in the communities where decisions are made. It is about ensuring that women have not only a seat at the table, but the opportunity and confidence to help shape what happens there.

Here in the United States, NFBPWC carries that mission forward, bringing together women and men who believe in supporting, empowering and advancing women.

On this BPW Day, we salute the generations of Business and Professional Women who built this movement, the women leading it today, and those who will carry it forward.

Meet our president.

The National Federation of Business and Professional Women's Clubs (NFBPWC) is proud to return Barbara Bristol Bozeman to the presidency for a second term, 2026–2028.

Barbara leads from a life spent in service. She gave twenty years to the United States Air Force in Aircrew Life Support, the work of keeping aircrews alive. In 2012 she turned that same steadiness toward a venture of her own and founded Sights & Hounds Photography. Air Force veteran, small business owner, and nonprofit leader: she has carried all three, and she brings all three to this office.

Her record inside the federation runs deep. Past President of BPW North Carolina. Past National Secretary. President of both NFBPWC and its Virtual Club, and Vice Chair of the Entrepreneur & Small Business Committee. She holds degrees in business and human resource management, with further study through the Community College of the Air Force.

She put the assignment plainly: "BPW's greatest strength has always been its people. My job is to make sure every one of them is heard."

A first term earns the title. A second one is the membership telling her the work is in the right hands. The torch is in our hands.

The BPW–UBI Impact Scholarship awards €6,000 in tuition support for MSc and MBA programmes at UBI Business School in Brussels, and applications close tomorrow, 15 August. Open to women with an undergraduate degree, leadership potential, and entrepreneurial ambition.

The National Federation of Business and Professional Women's Clubs has clubs in states across the country. But our Virtual Club belongs to everywhere.

The NFBPWC Virtual Club is a full club of the Federation, which is the United States federation of BPW International. It meets online, across every time zone, and its doors are open in both directions: to any woman in the United States regardless of where she lives, and to women outside the United States who want a seat in the American federation.

This is a working club with complete national membership: programs, leadership opportunities, advocacy, and a community of professional women who take one another's growth seriously. Work is changing faster than at any point in our hundred-year history, and the women who will shape what comes next are finding one another right now. Your voice belongs among them.
