Below, peer reviewed research can be submitted for consideration.

Public submission dates: Oct 9-23

The Interagency Autism Coordinating Committee (IACC) is preparing its Summary of Advances, a statutorily mandated report that highlights the most consequential autism research of the past year. The Committee is seeking suggested research articles to highlight for this report. On behalf of the...

The parents say their kids are in there.

This shows they are absolutely correct.

Glen Beck opened his show today with the New York Post story on Lev Bielski and L1-79. Thank you Glen. Families dealing with autism have been waiting a long time for this conversation to reach a bigger stage.

Secretary Kennedy announces a $57 MILLION dollar NATIONAL NEURODEVELOPMENTAL REGRESSION INITIATIVE to investigate why some children with autism suddenly lose skills they previously had - including the environmental triggers associated with that regression.

The initiative aims to answer questions associated with regression that families have had for decades.

The great news is that what the National Autistic Society says does not change the science—or the scientific consensus.

Autism is understood to arise from a complex interplay of genetic and environmental factors. That reality doesn’t change based on the messaging of any single organization.

What is especially troubling is seeing an established scientific consensus narrowed to support a preferred narrative while minimizing or omitting evidence that complicates it. That isn’t how the full body of science should be communicated.

Science is determined by evidence, not advocacy.

We should be willing to consider the entire body of evidence, acknowledge uncertainty where it exists, and continue asking the difficult questions that can move autism research forward.

"Autism is Genetic": The Science Is More Complicated Than The Headline. A Response.

Facts. Context. Corrections.

"But neither should researchers assume that because autism is substantially heritable, the biological event surrounding a child’s regression must therefore be inherited. Nor should they assume neurodevelopmental regression was the inevitable outcome."

Facts. Context. Corrections.
