A DC-based nonprofit that promotes the growth of soccer and fosters a sense of community for le***an, gay, bisexual, transgender, and q***r people while engaging with our LGBTQ allies. The Summer of Freedom League runs from June to August. Most games are held at Bell Field in Columbia Heights. Turkey Bowl - annual one-day coed soccer tournament played on the Saturday before Thanksgiving, followed by an evening Potluck. United Night Out - FTSC in conjunction with TeamDC works with DC United and Washington Spirit each season to host an event during their respective seasons.
